Orders All stamps are sent worldwide postage free (first class) a certificate of posting is obtained, optional insurance is available. There is a minimum order of £20.00
We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 working days subject to stock (excluding weekends & public holidays
Credit / Debit card orders can only be sent to the registered cardholders address
We will email you when your order has been despatched, Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct when placing an order
We welcome both Online and Offline payments
Most customers use our secure Online payment system, but you may wish to use one of our flexible Offline payment options instead. To pay Online, simply add your products to your shopping cart click the "view basket" button. Followed by the “checkout button” to add your details Then you can choose the online Credit/Debit Card option.

Offline Payments include Bank Transfer, Cheque, and Offline Credit Card payments. Cheque payments are currently only accepted in £ sterling drawn on a UK bank
To make an offline credit card payment, you will need to send us your card details. If you make your offline payment by bank transfer or cheque,
We ask you to confirm your payment by email as this enables us to reserve the stamps for you and process your order in advance.
Online Payment Methods:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo. This payment can be made online via the SSL secure checkout facility.
No orders will be accepted without a valid card in the name of the registered cardholder and the registered card holder’s address. Postal Orders are welcome.
Condition of Stamps
U/M = Unmounted Mint (no hinge mark)
M/M = Mounted Mint (with light hinge)
FU = Fine Used (usually cancelled with a circular date stamp)
FDC = First Day Cover (normally a Post Office First Day Cover with Bureau postmark in as new condition)
Products:
All items are guaranteed genuine originals. All products are offered singly, unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to ensure that we have sufficient stocks; we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock on any one day and available for immediate despatch.
Should a product be out of stock we will endeavour to inform you within 24 hours.
After purchase, your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail at the standard rate indicated in the Postage and Packing section.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all, you may do so up to 10 days from receipt of the goods (the item must be in its original condition).
